New sound design brand from the accomplished artist
Former Moog Director of Product Development, Erik Norlander, has announced his new venture. Norlander Sound Works is a new sound library brand based in Asheville, North Carolina, USA. Drawing on his vast archive on content created over decades of meticulous recording and programming, Norlander will be releasing sample libraries, synthesizer libraries, and virtual instruments with several premier partners in the industry.

The first product from Norlander Sound Works is Electromagnetica, an ambitious electric piano library for Unify 2, the flagship product from PlugInGuru.com. Electromagnetica features master quality samples of 16 hardware instruments with 32 different multisample sets (32 unique timbres) and 150 patches for Unify 2.
Impeccably maintained golden vintage instruments from Rhodes®, Wurlitzer®, and Yamaha® were used in the sampling process followed by countless hours of editing, mastering, and remastering to ensure ultimate playability and expression.
Each of the 32 sampled timbres has 5 patch variations: a dry version, a chorused version, a phaser effect version, a pad layer version, and an acoustic grand piano layer version using the Spitfire® Church Steinway from the Unify Standard Library.
8 macro controls give you instant access to tremolo depth and speed, EQ, pad volume, overdrive, modulation effect on/off and reverb level. So you can quickly find the best patch for your track from the more than 150 patches, and then easily dial it in with the macros to precisely fit in your arrangement.
